One-Coat stucco assembly with a base coat thickness between 3/8” to ½” in. thickness. UniCoat One-Coat Assembly provides a quicker application than that of traditional stucco, with a durable exterior. This assembly install uses UniCoat One-Coat Basecoat Concentrate or UniCoat One-Coat Pre-Mix and a variety of options of our Somar finishes.

3-Coat stucco assembly with a base thickness between 3/4″ in. to 7/8 in thickness. As a stucco assembly, this assembly provides a durable exterior and a uniquely, refined look. This Assembly install uses Unicoat 3-Coat for both the scratch and brown base coat and then finish off with your choice of any Somar Finishes.

Unibond Crack-Less (CL) System provides the same durable benefits and aesthetic beauty of the standard Unicoat One-Coat or 3-Coat Assembly but with an added layer of strength as part of the assembly, which consists of fiberglass mesh embedded in Unibond Foam Kote.  This minimizes the number of cracks that may form on the surface and enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the exterior.

The Continuous Insulation System can be used with all Unicoat Stucco Systems, giving buildings an additional enhancement of energy efficiency. This Continuous Insulation system adds a durable exterior along with an energy saving layer consisting of a continuous insulation up to 2”.

This system helps give a pleasing aesthetic look to CMU or other cement substrate.  Any Unicoat stucco system can be direct applied or with lath.
