UniCoat One-Coat

Unicoat One-Coat stucco assembly consist of a base coat thickness between 3/8 to 1/2 in. thick. Unicoat One-Coat Assembly provides a durable exterior and gives less labor time than traditional stucco. This assembly utilizes Unicoat One-Coat Basecoat Concentrate or Unicoat One-Coat Basecoat Pre-Mix. Unicoat finish options can be applied over the stucco base; to give it the final aesthetic look in the color of your choice, from our color chart.

Unicoat One-Coat (Crack-Less) Assembly provides the same aesthetic beauty and durability of the standard Unicoat One-Coat Assembly but includes an additional benefit crack resistance layer as part of the assembly. Cracks can be a common occurrence in stucco assemblies, however, an additional layer of mesh embedded into a layer of Unibond Foam Coat, will provide enhanced crack resistance to the wall surface. This minimizes the number of cracks that may form on the surface.

Unicoat One-Coat (Continuous Insulation) stucco assembly includes a layer of continuous insulation up to 1-1/2 inch thick under a base thickness between 3/8 to 1/2 inch. As an insulated stucco assembly, Unicoat One-Coat CI provides an energy saving layer of continuous insulation. This use of continuous insulation eliminates "thermal breaks" in wall assemblies and significantly enhances any structure's insulative performance.

Concrete and Masonry are common forms of exterior cladding used in construction, though it is good for strength and long life, it is not known for its curbside appeal. Unicoat One-Coat can be applied directly to these substrates without the use of lath. If a structure is constructed of concrete or masonry, Unicoat One-Coat can be used to improve the structure’s beauty and curbside appeal.
