UNICOAT PRIMER 870 is a 100% Acrylic resin pigmented coating for exterior use on above grade walls and previously coated surfaces. It can also be used to prime over EIFS, old stucco, concrete surfaces, and all Unicoat base coats. Unicoat Primer 870 reduces the chance of efflorescence which may result from the cement content of various bases. It enhances the appearance and uniformity of all Stucco Finishes and Coatings. Unicoat Primer 870 can improve the coverage on all Stucco Finishes and Coatings. It is prepared in a tintable base, it can be used as White or may be tinted to a light to medium color for better color uniformity.
