UNICOAT STUCCO and FOAM PATCH (SFP) is a pre-blended dry mixture of cement, sand, cement modifiers, and polymers to create a smooth working and durable patching mix for patching over existing stucco base coats, masonry, foam shapes, EIFS basecoats, and concrete surfaces. Unicoat SFP is made in a medium sand finish texture to allow product to be applied to a smooth sand finish texture that can be finished with any elastomeric or Acrylic finish. Unicoat SFP contains a high grade polymer additive to increase crack resistance, flexural strengths and speed curing process that will adhere to most clean, dry surfaces including stucco, cement, concrete, brick, CMU, EPS foam, EIFS basecoat surfaces and most painted surfaces that are flat finish and are water based. Unicoat SFP is designed to be applied by hand to achieve a smooth sand finish texture or can be applied with a steel trowel to obtain a smooth or skipped trowel texture. Unicoat SFP can be used to repair damaged EIFS systems with repairs that are 1-1/2″ deep in one coat with minimal to no sagging and can be top coated with any finish within 8 hours of application depending on climate conditions.
