UNICOAT 3-COAT CONCENTRATE is a pre-blended dry mixture of cement blend, fibers, and cement modifiers to create a fiber reinforced stucco base coat. This product is available in both fibered and unfibered, depending on the desired application. Unicoat 3-Coat can be mixed with Unicoat Admixture 2000 to increase flexural strengths to reduce cracking and speed the curing process. Unicoat 3-Coat is designed to be applied 3/8″-1/2″ in thickness over various approved substrates with specified assembly materials for different specifications. Unicoat 3-Coat is designed to be applied in a two coat (scratch and brown) process.
